What a beautiful March it’s turned out to be, especially after such a wet start to the year.
I’ve been a little quiet, but I have been painting. Alongside continuing my layers project (more
on that below), I surprised myself by creating three new pieces for the Titchfield Art Show (April 11-12 – details here).
Creatively, I feel in a good place. Things
are settling, and ideas are beginning to surface again. See what I've been up to below! ⤵️
One of my favourite parts of the day at the moment is early morning—taking a cup of tea out to the studio around 7:30 and sitting quietly, listening to the birds. Yesterday it was a robin dominating; today a great tit seemed to have taken over.
Perhaps they take it in turns😅.
If you’re local, do pop along to Titchfield, it's always a feast of local art (250+ local artists!).
Wishing you a fun April,
