As the days shorten, I’ve been thinking a lot about how to keep creating through winter. For me, this season can feel heavy - low light, low energy, and the pull of Seasonal Affective Disorder. But I’ve decided to approach winter differently this year, with a simple Seasonal Daily Art Practice.

On Sunday, it was so dark and wet that I designed the entire daily, weekly and monthly art practice that will see me through till March.  And then I thought others might like to have a go too, so I will be sharing more in my next newsletter (at the end of next week) and giving details of how to take part.
